Blurb:
When a young woman vanishes without a trace from a quaint fishing village on the coast of England, only one person knows the truth, but he remains silent allowing the authorities to search for her in vain.
Meanwhile, Valerie Crane finds herself transported to the year 1605. Terrified and confused, she turns for help to the Whitfield brothers, who take her in and offer her a home. Both Alexander and Finlay Whitfield fall in love with the mysterious woman, who shows up on their doorstep, creating a love triangle that threatens to consume them all. Valerie must make her choice, deciding between the brother who will lead her down the path of destruction, or one who will give her a love she couldn't find in her own time.

My thoughts:
I haven't really read a lot of time traveling books, so I wasn't sure what to expect with this book. Not knowing a lot about the time period I didn't have any problem with any historical errors that some other reviews picked up on, nor do I really dwell to much on that type of stuff if I like the story.
Valerie has suffered a hard break up from her marriage and turns to her sister who takes her to England. Her sister has to go there on business so while she is busy Valerie goes sightseeing. She goes into this little shop and after messing with a clock she ends up in a different time. She ends up in England 1605 and has no clue how she got there. She has no clue what to do and she goes up to a house and soon finds herself the guest to the Whitfield brothers. The two brothers have their own charm, but Finn is definitely the ladies man charmer. Although I sort of like Finn, I found myself more draw to Alexander, one thing I hate about love triangles is the fact that I am going to like one brother over the other and will be mad if the one I like isn't picked.
Over all I really enjoyed the story and will check out some more books by this author. I will definitely pick up the next book in this series as it is a trilogy.
