Kate has started her six months away from the Underworld and Henry, Greece sounds like the perfect getaway place. At least it started out that way, until James takes her off in the the wood looking for Pollux and Caster.
Caster belongs to the Underworld but he is the brother of Pollux who is immortal. Pollux just can't live without his brother so he defies his father and breaks Caster out of the Underworld and now they are on the run from the Council.
Kate thinks it is horrible with the Council has done to Pollux and Caster, and she really hopes that Henry isn't as bad as they are, but she really doesn't know for sure. She takes a stand against the Council and is willing to do about anything to help Pollux and Caster. Not exactly the way Kate thought she would spend her vacation in Greece.
The Goddess Hunt was a nice little addition to The Goddess Test series and gives you a little something to tide you over till the next book in the series comes out. I really enjoyed it as it showed a lot of Kate's spunk, and how much Henry admires her even when it was from afar. Pollux and Caster was a nice addition to the characters and were pretty much the opposite of each other for being brothers. Pollux is fierce and not very quick to believe anyone is on their side, while Caster was willing to trust Kate right off the bat.
If you liked The Goddess Test then I believe you would like this short novella.
